Shipping policy

All returns will incur a 50% restocking fee plus delivery to return stock to the That Floor Store warehouse, any opened boxes cannot be returned. That Floor Store have the right to refuse returns if That Floor Store are no longer stocking the returned product. Any excess installation material from completing the above works remains the property of That Floor Store and will not be refunded.

Any cancellation of orders will incur a $500 administration fee. I accept this quotation and certify the above is true and correct. I have read and understood THAT FLOOR STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, which form part of and are intended to be read in conjunction with this quotation and agree to be bound by these conditions
