Cork Contact Adhesive is a versatile latex adhesive designed for professional floor and wall installation applications. Specifically formulated for laying cork tiles in compliance with DIN EN 12104, this adhesive is suitable for both treated and untreated surfaces on various subfloors, including absorbent and non-absorbent foundations. The product is also ideal for cork wall coverings and carpet installation on steps, fully meeting DIN EN 14259 standards.

Application Details:

• Application Method: Use WAKOL Primer Roller or velours roller for cork wall coverings; for carpet installations, apply with a brush or trowel using notch sizes A1, A2, or A3
• Coverage Rate: Minimum 250 g/m² for cork installations, ranging from 150-650 g/m² for other applications
• Airing Time:
  • Absorbent subfloors: Approximately 30-45 minutes
  • Non-absorbent subfloors and floor covering backs: Approximately 60-90 minutes
• Open Working Time:
  • Standard: Approximately 120-180 minutes
  • With pre-coating: Approximately 60-90 minutes
